In recent years, the attention paid by companies to internal communication has grown. Companies need to communicate their true identities to the market clearly and precisely. This identity transfer passes primarily through the people at a company. If 90% of companies in the United States have a role dedicated to internal communication, in Italy we are lagging behind at 62%.
This does not mean that internal communication does not exist in Italy, but that it is not dealt with in an intentional, planned, or strategic way. If digitalization is spreading rapidly, interpersonal communication maintains a prominent role, such as creating a positive relational atmosphere, the involvement and motivation of staff and alignment between internal and external corporate image.
