He gained many years of experience first as a graphic designer and then as an Art Director, with the responsibility of an extremely qualified and extensive client portfolio.

She is inclined to sociability, loves languages and travel. She finds in Welcome and Project Management the chance to put precision and empathy at the service of communication. She brings a “silver lining” to Welcome, an aptitude to discover the positive side of things, making problem-solving an everyday matter done with a smile.

With a high school diploma in languages, at the age of 19 she immediately dove into the world of work wanting to learn as much as possible from anyone around her. After 5 years of experience at an accounting firm, she came to Welcome. She lives for volleyball and the mountains, which give her an infinite feeling of freedom.

You will find Giacomo between a rock (client) and a hard place (production). Project manager who came to Welcome after many experiences in Milanese agencies amidst commercials and integrated communication projects. He hates problems and that’s why he seeks them out and is often able to solve them.

After a degree in Tourism, she specializes in Organization of Events and enters the world of digital and communication.
Between a meme, a work of art and a 35mm film, in Welcome he reconciles his interest in creativity with the rationality and organization typical of project management.

Project manager with a 360° vision of the agency activity, he has gained solid experience in accounting, client management, coordination of internal resources and organisation. She has a strong dose of problem solving which allows her to always identify the most effective solutions.

Visual designer with a particular passion for design in branding and publishing, she bases her work on research and constant updating.

Trail running taught her that perseverance, sacrifices, hard training and sometimes a few knocks always pay off. After a degree in Communication Sciences and long experience in television production, he arrives at Welcome to start a new adventure as a Project Manager, making his calm, precision and organization a strong point.

After completing his course of studies in Graphics, he began working for Communications Agencies in Milan, Bergamo, and Reggio Emilia, gaining across-the-board experiences both Offline and Digital. When not working, you will find him at a concert; with friends having an aperitif; on the sofa watching a film; or in the mountains on his MTB.

Art director, illustrator and photographer, over the years he has worked both as a designer as well as a university lecturer. Before joining Welcome Adv he spent 4 years in Southeast Asia, dealing with the “localisation” of international brands. He torments co-workers and students on 2 continents.

As a little boy he was so fascinated with the Quark theme in the 80s that he said: “One day I’m going to be doing these things!” and more than 26 years ago he transformed a passion into work.

Always passionate about videos and advertising. After studying cinema, where he specialized in video editing, he found his vocation in motion graphics.
Attracted by colors, geometry and everything that moves on a screen.

Art director with international experience, he has worked in important communication agencies in Italy and Brazil. Creative with an obsession for details, he believes in teamwork and lateral thinking. Sunny like a Brazilian, brilliant like an Italian, passionate and resilient like a thoroughbred Inter fan.

He pursued this profession for years between graphic design studies and a degree in Communications, until arriving at Welcome in the role of Graphic Designer. He juggles between social and printed posts with the imagination of a number 10 and the hunger of a promising young player. Passions: passion for the Nerazzurri Biscione.

Freelance journalist, curious professional. Passionate about words, history & stories, interested in neuroscience, apprentice prophet in her homeland. He has consolidated experience as a PR and media relator for companies, employers’ associations and the third sector. He firmly believes in two things: in the creative power of words and in black and blue colors.

At the age of 14 he thought that all he wanted to do in life was write. He created the Facebook page Life with Lloyd: every day he publishes a dialogue between Sir, the man who asks questions, and the butler Lloyd, who instead suggests food for thought and solutions.
